We have a real estate team to help you find and acquire your lot or land. In house draftsmen to design your home. We also have designer to help you with all your selections.

In our first initial meeting, we discuss floorplan and design ideas. We go through all the fit and finishes you'd like, from interior to exterior. We will also discuss the site conditions and accommodations needed to meet your expectations.

We will then take all the information collected in our first meeting to create a preliminary budget and discuss areas to value engineer to meet your budgetary needs.

Lastly, we finalize and purchase a complete set of drawings to estimate and complete a final cost to build for an amount to take to financing.

Who we are.
Pinewood Construction Group is a family-owned company with a passion for homes, craftsmanship and spaces where you can live and create memories for a life time. We give individual attention to each client and their specific needs throughout every project, no matter the size. Our goal is to build trust, quality, and lasting relationships with everyone who welcome us into their homes.
We have a strong background in residential custom homes, renovations and unique design build projects. Our team has been in residential and commercial construction for over 20 years. In 2019, we decided to focus solely on residential construction and continue our legacy of home building as we laid the foundation of our construction company: Pinewood Construction Group, LLC.
Every single one of our clients and their projects become part of the fabric of our own family. Therefore, we are determined to deliver a streamlined experience with the highest quality of work for each of our customers. We only partner with licensed and insured subcontractors and vendors. We have built a team of craftsmen and tradesmen who understand our expectations of quality and honesty.
